Since 2001, I have
operated a private strategy consulting practice, supporting my clients in
addressing critical challenges at the intersection of strategy and organization:
The term 'sherpa' is used to refer to people employed as porters or guides
for foreign trekkers and mountain climbers in the Himalayas. They are highly
regarded as experts in the terrain, as well as having resilience to high
altitude conditions.
Rather than referring to me as their consultant, my clients call me their
“sherpa”. When I am the sherpa for my clients, my clients are
the mountain climbers for me. |
